I have a 1997 Chevy truck with a solid transmission in it, harness and computer as a donor for the swap. I am pretty sure that I will have to get a new chip in the computer and modify the drive shaft.The cost and installation trouble of a Gear Vendor setup really is only justified with a big block, and only then if driven hard pretty often.
